Religion and Worldview Responses to Artificial Intelligence

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been sharing the interactive resources, games, and lesson materials I’ve been developing for our unit on Artificial Intelligence. While the full, finished unit is tailored to my specific school context, I’m delighted to share these standalone supplementary resources so you can adapt them for your own classroom!

Interactive AI Games & Resources Shared So Far:

  • Real or Reel? (AI sorting game)
  • My Personal Trolley Problem (Ethical decision-making tool)
  • Facial Recognition Game (Exploring bias)
  • Could AI Do This Job? (Job automation and skill analysis)
  • Netflix Algorithm Challenge (How do Algorithms work?)

You can explore all my AI resources here.

New Resource: Religion & Worldview Responses to AI

I’ve just uploaded a quick-reference guide exploring six distinct perspectives on Artificial Intelligence—covering 3 religious and 3 non-religious worldviews to align with CfE requirements.

Alongside the guide, there is a generic student worksheet that pupils can complete during reading or research tasks. Because it’s fully adaptable, you can easily reuse this template for any other moral issue in your RMPS curriculum (such as medical ethics, poverty, or social justice).

Religion and Worldview Responses – Write on Sheet

Here is a write on sheet for pupils who can use this to go through the worldview sheets and summarise the responses. The sheet I have left generic so you can use with other Religion and Worldview responses for future tasks.
